To update the SMTP server address that IAM uses to send emails, follow these steps:

  1. Open the IAM Management Studio
  2. Go to File > Service Settings in the menu bar.
  3. Scroll down until you find the SmtpServer setting.  Provide the host name or IP address of your desired SMTP server.

    1. If your SMTP server requires authentication or SSL, you may modify the SmtpServerEnableSsl, SmtpServerPassword, and SmtpServerUserName settings accordingly.
  4. Click OK when you are finished.
